Exuding elegance, this ornate 18K white gold is handset with wonderfully vibrant Ceylon sapphires. The centre gemstone is oval cut and measures 6x4mm (0.24" x 0.16"), with two oval cut 5x4mm (0.20" x 0.16") gemstones and one 4mm (0.16") round cut sapphire towards each shoulder
